Ingeborg Heldal (født 1973) er en norsk journalist og redaktør. Hun har siden 2017 vært redaktør for kvinnemagasinet KK. Hun ble norgeskjent i forbindelse med en episode knyttet til president Bill Clintons norgesbesøk i 1999.

Karriere

I 1992 flyttet Heldal til Trondheim for å studere tysk og historie. Etter det flyttet hun til Oslo for å ta sosiologipedagogikk, og fikk i 1997 jobb som klasseforstander ved Uranienborg skole i Oslo, en stilling hun hadde til 2000.

Høsten 1999 ble Heldal rikskjendis da USAs president Bill Clinton tilfeldigvis stoppet opp og pratet med henne foran Slottet i Oslo. Clinton var på norgesbesøk da den aktuelle episoden inntraff. Pressen trakk øyeblikkelig parallellen til Monica Lewinsky,[3] og dermed gikk bildene av henne og president Clinton verden over. Aviser og TV-stasjoner kontaktet henne og 19. november deltok hun på Fredrik Skavlans talkshow Først & sist. Hun var også gjest på nederlandsk TV.[4] Året etter fikk hun en programlederjobb i NRK der hun ledet familieprogrammet Ryk eller reis. Høsten 2000 jobbet hun som utegående reporter i Du skal danse mye, og arbeidet samme høst med research og sketsjer til barneserien Hjemmefronten på NRK2. Våren 2001 var hun programleder for Melodi Grand Prix 2001 fra Tromsø. I 2001, 2002 og 2003 var hun programleder for det påskesendte barneprogrammet Påskemorgen. I 2008 var hun jurymedlem i det TV3-sendte programmet Top Model Norge.[5]

I perioden 2002 til 2004 studerte hun journalistikk på Norsk journalisthøgskole i Oslo. Etter et kort oppholdt i Se og Hør i 2003, arbeidet hun i perioden 2004–2007 som skribent for kvinnemagasinet KK. Fra 2007 til 2012 var hun sjefredaktør i Cosmopolitan.[6][7] Fra 2008 til 2010 var hun også en av programlederne for Studio 5. Fra 2012 til 2013 var hun journalist, filmanmelder og programleder i Viasat Film. I 2013 ble hun ansatt som redaktør i Side2, Nettavisens livsstilsmagasin for kvinner.[8] I 2017 ble hun ansatt som redaktør for kvinnebladet KK, hvor hun tidligere hadde jobbet som journalist.[9]

Familie

Hun ble i 2008 gift med journalist Halvor Haugen (født 1981).[10][11]
