Edvard Griegs gate er en gate ved Elgeseter og Øya i Trondheim som går sørover fra Ragnhilds gate via flere tilknyttede gater før den møter Einar Tambarskjelves gate. Gaten går gjennom sentrale deler av St. Olavs hospital og fungerer som gjennomfartsvei til ulike bygninger og parkeringsplasser tilknyttet sykehuset.

Gaten fikk sitt navn i 1958 og ble oppkalt etter komponisten Edvard Grieg (1843–1907).[1] Gaten er for øvrig en av flere i området som er blitt oppkalt etter norske komponister. Partiet fra Olav Kyrres gate og nordover mot Ragnhilds gate ble etablert gjennom utbyggingen av St. Olavs hospital fra begynnelsen av 2000-tallet og gaten stod ferdig i nåværende utstrekning i 2014.
