«Break a Broken Heart» (norsk oversettelse: knus et knust hjerte) er en popsang fra 2023 med den australsk-kypriotiske sangeren Andrew Lambrou. Låten var Kypros' bidrag til Eurovision Song Contest 2023 i Liverpool.

Om sangen

«Break a Broken Heart» er komponert av det svensk-danske låtskriverteamet Jimmy Jansson, Jimmy «Joker» Thornfeldt, Marcus Winther-John og Thomas Stengaard.[1] Sangen er en popballade om «forhold som ender med et knust hjerte, men som får oss til å stå opp igjen fra asken, sterkere enn noen gang».[2]

Låten ble internt valgt av den kypriotiske kringkasteren RIK til å representere Kypros i Eurovision Song Contest 2023. I oktober 2022 kunngjorde RIK at den hadde valgt den australsk-kypriotiske sangeren Andrew Lambrou til å representere landet. Låten «Break a Broken Heart» ble offentliggjort 2. mars 2023, og en musikkvideo til låten ble sluppet samme dag.

Kypros deltok i semfinale 2 torsdag 11. mai i Liverpool. Der ble «Break a Broken Heart» nummer syv og kvalifiserte seg til finalen lørdag 13. mai.[3] I finalen fikk Kypros 126 poeng og endte på tolveplass.[4][5]
