Aslaug Låstad Lygre (fødd 12. desember 1910 i Lindås, død 19. desember 1966 i Bergen) var ein norsk lyrikar og kontorarbeidar. Diktinga hennar er prega av dei små tinga som ein burde setja pris på i dagleglivet, og ikkje minst av vakre, harmoniske naturskildringar.

Lygre gjekk på Fana folkehøgskule, Voss landsgymnas og seinare to år på handelsgymnas i Bergen. Ho budde i Bergen det meste av livet sitt, og i lang tid arbeidde ho som økonomimedarbeidar hjå Vestlandske Salslag der. Ho fekk Gyldendals legat i 1964.

Aslaug Låstad Lygre gav ut seks diktsamlingar, alle i den intime, personlege og somme tider melankolske stilen som kjenneteiknar henne som lyrikar. Ho debuterte som diktar so seint som i 1943, med samlinga No blømer alle rosene. Gjennombrotet kom med dei litt tungsindige dikta i samlinga Den einsame roaren (1952). Det mest kjende diktet sitt, «Vi skal ikkje sova», skreiv ho nokre år tidlegare, til samlinga Eld av steinar, omgjeven av døyande menneske på Luster sanatorium, der ho var innlagd for tuberkulose. I dei siste samlingane kjem det også inn moderne og tidsbundne tema. I dei fleste av dikta sine nyttar ho tradisjonell form med fast rytme og rim.

Geirr Tveitt har laga melodi til «Vi skal ikkje sova» («Vi skal ikkje sova bort sumarnatta») og fleire andre av dikta til Aslaug Låstad Lygre.

Litt ovom Lindås ungdomsskule stod det lenge ein minnestein over Aslaug Låstad Lygre. Minnesteinen vart under markeringa av 100-årsdagen for Aslaug Låstad Lygre sin fødsel flytta til Kyrkjeparken ved Lindås kyrkje.
