Charter Communications, Inc. ialah sebuah syarikat telekomunikasi Amerika yang menawarkan perkhidmatannya kepada pengguna dan perniagaan di bawah penjenamaan Spectrum. Menyediakan perkhidmatan kepada lebih 26 juta pelanggan di 41 negeri,[1] ia ialah pengendali kabel kedua terbesar di Amerika Syarikat oleh pelanggan, tepat di belakang Comcast, dan operator TV berbayar ketiga terbesar di belakang Comcast dan AT&T U-verse/DirecTV.[3] Ia adalah pembekal telefon kelima terbesar berdasarkan kiraan pelanggan kediaman.

Pada akhir tahun 2012, dengan penamaan CEO Cablevision lama Thomas Rutledge sebagai CEO mereka, syarikat itu memindahkan ibu pejabat korporatnya dari St. Louis, Missouri, ke Stamford, Connecticut, walaupun banyak operasi masih tetap didasarkan pada St. Louis.[4] Pada 18 Mei 2016, Charter telah menyelesaikan pengambilalihan Time Warner Cable dan syarikat kembarnya Bright House Networks, menjadikannya perkhidmatan televisyen berbayar ketiga terbesar di Amerika Syarikat.[5]Charter menduduki tempat ke-74 dalam senarai 2018 Fortune 500 syarikat terbesar Amerika Syarikat dengan jumlah pendapatan.[6]
