Gabrielius Liutkevičius (1880 m. kovo 18 d. Purviniškyje, Marijampolės raj. – 1926 m. balandžio 17 d. Charkove, Ukraina) – Lietuvos teisininkas, visuomenės ir politinis veikėjas.

Biografija

Pradžios mokslo mokė tėvas daraktorius, nuomojęs Palūksčio dvarelį prie Varnių. 1893 m. įstojo į Kazanės gimnaziją, vėliau mokėsi Mintaujos gimnazijoje. 1901 m. baigė Peterburgo II gimnaziją ir įstojo į Peterburgo universiteto Teisės fakultetą.

Nuo 1902 m. Lietuvos socialdemokratų partijos (LSDP) Peterburgo kuopos narys, dalyvavo slaptų studentų organizacijų veikloje, buvo Peterburgo Lietuvių studentų draugijos valdybos narys. Dirbo Mažaturčių draugijoje, rūpinosi 6 draugijos mokyklų steigimu ir išlaikymu, organizavo lituanistikos kursus, kuriuose nuolat mokėsi po 40-60 lankytojų.

1911 m. išlaikė valstybinius egzaminus Maskvos universitete. Peterburge dirbo advokato padėjėju. 1916–1917 m. Grūdo draugijos CK sekretorius, 1916 m. Lietuvių rajono komiteto narys. 1917 m. kovo mėn. išrinktas į Peterburgo miesto tarybą, joje išrinktas sekretoriumi. Liko juo ir po bolševikų perversmo. 1917 m. Lietuvių tautos tarybos ir laikinojo Lietuvos valdymo komiteto narys nuo LSDP. 1917 m. Peterburgo lietuvių seimo dalyvis.

Nuo 1917 m. gruodžio mėn. RSDDP(b) narys. 1919 m. Vinco Kapsuko vyriausybės Vilniuje paskirtas miesto mitybos skyriaus viršininku. Bolševikams traukiantis, išvyko kartu, metus gydėsi psichiatrinėje ligoninėje, vėliau išsikėlė į Charkovą, kur dirbo teisme. Vienos išvykos į provinciją metu peršalo, susirgo plaučių uždegimu ir mirė.
