Pactum Ribbentrop-Molotovianum,[1] rite Foedus Non Aggressionis inter Germaniam et Unionem Rerum Publicarum Socialisticarum Sovieticarum (Russice Договор о ненападении между Германией и Советским Союзом; Theodisce Nichtangriffsvertrag zwischen Deutschland und der Union der Sozialistischen Sowjetrepubliken[2]) fuit pactum non aggressionis a Germania Nazistica et Unione Sovietica Moscuae die 23 Augusti 1939 signatum. Pactum validum manebat donec rectio Germana vim locis Sovieticis in Polonia Orientali intulit die 22 Iunii 1941, contra protocollum supplementarium Foederis Limitis Germano-Sovietici, quod novas provincias usuales subtiliter enumerabat.[3]
