사빠시사(베트남어: Thị xã Sa Pa / 市社沙垻)는 베트남 서북부 라오까이 성에 위치한 티싸(시사)이다. 중국과 국경을 접하고 있는 지점에 위치하며 인구는 61,498명(2018년 기준)이다. 여러 소수 민족이 거주한다.
