„ათასი ბორცვის თაფისუფალი რადიო და ტელევიზია“ (ფრანგ. Radio Télévision Libre des Mille Collines), შემოკლ. „ათასი ბორცვის რადიო“ — რუანდული რადიოსადგური. მაუწყებლობდა 1993 წლის 8 ივლისიდან 1994 წლის 31 ივლისამდე. მნიშვნელოვანი როლი შეასრულა 1994 წლის ივლისში რუანდის გენოციდის გამოწვევაში. მკვლევართა აზრით, რადიო ჟიუვენალ ჰაბიარიმანას და ჰუტუს რეჟიმის მნიშვნელოვანი იარაღი იყო.[1]

სახელი მომდინარეობს რუანდის მეტსახელიდან — „ათასი ბორცვის მხარე“. მაუწყებლობის დაწყებისას დახმარება მიიღო მთავრობის მიერ კონტროლირებული „რადიო რუანდის“ მხრიდან, რომელმაც საკუთარი ტექნიკური აღჭურვილობა დაუთმო.[2] ბევრი მსმენელის მქონე „ათასი ბორცვის რადიო“ გადასცემდა ზიზღის პროპაგანდას ტუტსი ხალხის წინააღმდეგ, რომელსაც ავიწროებდა გაბატონებული ჰუტუს ეთნიკური ჯგუფი; პროპაგანდა ასევე მიმართული იყო ბელგიელებისა და გაერთიანებული ერების ორგანიზაციის მისიის წინააღმდეგ. რუანდის მრავალი მოქალაქის აზრით, რადიომ გადამწყვეტი როლი შეასრულა ეთნიკური შუღლით გაჟღენთილი ატმოსფეროს შექმნაში, რასაც მოჰყვა ტუტსის ხალხის გენოციდი რუანდაში (ეს აზრი გაიზიარა გაეროს სამხედრო დანაშაულების ტრიბუნალმა).[3] რადიოს თავისი უარყოფითი საქმიანობის გამო შეარქვეს „რადიოგენოციდი“, „სიკვდილი რადიოთი“, „გენოციდის საუნდტრეკი“.[2]
