ნაგპური (მარათჰი नागपूर) — ქალაქი ინდოეთში, მაჰარაშტრის შტატის ზამთრის დედაქალაქი, უდიდესი ქალაქი ცენტრალური ინდოეთში და სიდიდით მესამე შტატში მუმბაისა და პუნას შემდეგ. 2 405 421 მცხოვრებით (2011), ნაგპურის მეტროპოლიური არეალი მე-13 უდიდესი ურბანული აგლომერაციაა ინდოეთში. ბოლო დროს, მას ინდოეთის ყველაზე სუფთა და ბენგალორეს შემდეგ მეორე ყველაზე მწვანე ქალაქის სტატუსი მიენიჭა.[2] ნაგპურში იმართება მაჰარაშტრის შტატის ასამბლეის წლიური ზამთრის სესია, ამავე დროს, იგი ვიდარბჰის რეგიონის კომერციული და პოლიტიკური ცენტრია, რომელიც მთელი ქვეყნის მასშტაბით ცნობილია როგორც „ფორთოხლების ქალაქი“, ვინაიდან იგი რეგიონში მოწეული ფორთოხლით ვაჭრობის მთავარი ცენტრია.[3] ქალაქში განთავსებულია ინდუსი ნაციონალისტური ორგანიზაცია RSS-ის სათავო ოფისი, ასევე მოქმედებს დალიტის ბუდისტური მოძრაობა.

ნაგპური გაშენებულია ინდოეთის ზუსტ გეოგრაფიულ ცენტრში, რასაც აქ აღმართული „ნული მილის“ მონუმენტი აღნიშნავს.[4] ქალაქი გონდებამა დააარსეს, მაგრამ მოგვიანებით ბჰონსლეს კლანის მართული მარათჰის იმპერიის ნაწილი გახდა. XIX საუკუნეში ნაგპური ბრიტანეთის ოსტინდოეთის კომპანიამ აიღო და იგი ცენტრალური პროვინციისა და ბერარის დედაქალაქად აქცია. შტატების პირველი რეორგანიზაციის შემდეგ, ნაგპურმა დედაქალაქის სტატუსი დაკარგა, მაგრამ პოლიტიკურ ლიდერებს შორის დადებული არაოფიციალური „ნაგპურის პაქტის“ თანახმად, იგი მაჰარაშტრის შტატის მეორე დედაქალაქი გახდა. ნაგპურს ხშირად „ინდოეთის ვეფხვების დედაქალაქს“ უწოდებენ,[5][6] რადგან იგი ინდოეთის ვეფხვების მრავალ ნაკრძალს აკავშირებს მსოფლიოსთან.
