第2期女流王将戦（だい2きじょりゅうおうしょうせん）は、1979年度（1979年7月5日 - 1980年4月23日）の女流王将戦である。女流王将戦三番勝負は、蛸島彰子女流王将と挑戦者の森安多恵子女流二段によって行われた[1]。結果は、蛸島彰子女流王将が2勝1敗でタイトルを防衛した[1][2]。蛸島は2期連続2期目の女流王将獲得となった。
