2013年バレーボール女子南米選手権（2013ねんバレーボールじょしなんべいせんしゅけん）は、ペルーのイカ県イカで2013年に開催されたバレーボール南米選手権の第30回女子大会である。優勝チームに2014年世界選手権出場権と2013年ワールドグランドチャンピオンズカップ出場権が与えられ、2-5位に2014年世界選手権予選出場権が与えられる。
