大杉 誠人（おおすぎ まさと、1983年2月2日 - ）は、広島県出身のサッカー選手。ポジションはディフェンダー。
山陽高校から阪南大学を経て、2005年にJFLの佐川印刷SCに加入。MF登録ながらDFとしても起用された[1]。2006年には佐川急便大阪SCに移籍しDFとしての登録となったが、負傷の影響によりリーグ戦初出場は8月にずれ込み、9試合の出場にとどまった[2]。
2007年、佐川大阪が佐川急便東京SCと合併して発足した佐川急便SC（後のSAGAWA SHIGA FC）に加入したが、合併に伴う競争の激化により出場機会を失った[3]。2008年には主にDFのバックアップとしてメンバー入りし、右サイドバックなどで先発出場も果たした[4]。
2009年は開幕からセンターバックとして起用されると、小柄ながら身体能力の高さとマンマークの強さを生かしてレギュラーに定着。自己最高の32試合に出場してチーム2度目の優勝を支えた[5]。続く2010年は開幕6戦目で負傷交代したのをはじめ、欠場がちとなり出場機会を減らした[6]。2011年も負傷で開幕からシーズンの大半を棒に振ることとなったが、チームが調子を落としていた終盤の11月に復帰すると、出場5試合で1失点と守備を安定させてチーム3度目の優勝に貢献した[7]。2012年はシーズンを通じてプレーしたが、この年をもってSAGAWA SHIGAが活動を停止することとなり、退団となった[8]。
2013年からは同じくJFLのカマタマーレ讃岐に加入[9]。開幕前のトレーニングマッチで負傷し、5月に復帰して初出場したものの翌月の試合で左膝前十字靱帯を損傷、長期離脱となった[10]。チームがJ2に参入を果たした翌2014年シーズンも負傷との戦いが続いたが、7月30日のジュビロ磐田戦ではついに復帰を果たしてJリーグのピッチに立った[11]。しかし再び負傷により戦線を離脱、そのままシーズン終了後に契約満了となり退団した[12]。
2015年シーズンからはMIOびわこ滋賀に加入した[13]。
2020年2月22日、テゲバジャーロ宮崎へ移籍すると発表された[14]。しかしリーグ戦は出場はなくこの年に退団[15]。
2021年3月8日、レイジェンド滋賀FCへの入団が発表された[16]。
