バマー人民解放軍（バマーじんみんかいほうぐん、ビルマ語: ဗမာပြည်သူ့လွတ်မြောက်ရေးတပ်တော်、英語: Bamar People's Liberation Army、 略称:BPLA）は、ミャンマーの武装組織である[10][11]。BPLAは、ミャンマーの著名な詩人かつ人権活動家であるマウンサウンカー（英語版）を含む、2021年ミャンマークーデター抗議デモ参加者17人によって2021年4月17日に結成された[12]。BPLAのロゴは、円形に配置された9枚の孔雀の羽で構成されたものであり、これは最後のビルマ国王の象徴である[11]。

活動目的

マウンサウンカーによると、BPLAの目的には、「バマー仏教徒による他民族への支配に終止符を打つこと」、「フェデラル連邦の下でミャンマーの多様な民族の団結を強化すること」、「アウンサンスーチーが自宅軟禁から解放された場合、国家の安定の名の下に政治的妥協がなされないようにすること」[12]、「将来のフェデラル連邦におけるバマー人のアイデンティティに基づくバマー州または構成単位を認めること」[13]が含まれている。

また、マウンサウンカーは文民政権が誕生すればBPLAは解散するとしている[1]。
