La Nogometna Premijer liga Bosne i Hercegovine 2005-2006, abbreviata in Premijer liga BiH 2005-2006, è stata la sesta edizione del campionato della Bosnia Erzegovina ed è stata vinta dallo Široki Brijeg, al suo secondo titolo di Premijer.

Capocannoniere del torneo fu Petar Jelić (Modriča) con 18 reti.[1]

Formula

Come nella stagione precedente le squadre partecipanti alla competizione furono 16 e disputarono un girone di andata e ritorno per un totale di 30 partite con le ultime due retrocesse in Prva liga Federacija Bosne i Hercegovine o Prva liga Republike Srpske (a seconda della locazione).

Le squadre ammesse alle coppe europee furono quattro: La squadra campione disputò la UEFA Champions League 2006-2007, la seconda e la vincitrice della coppa nazionale la Coppa UEFA 2006-2007 e un'ulteriore squadra fu ammessa alla Coppa Intertoto 2006.
