La gara di nuoto dei 100 metri stile libero maschili dei campionati mondiali di nuoto 2023 è stata disputata il 26 e 27 luglio 2023 presso il Marine Messe Fukuoka di Fukuoka.[1] Vi hanno preso parte 115 atleti provenienti da 108 nazioni.[2]

La competizione è stata vinta dal nuotatore australiano Kyle Chalmers, mentre l'argento e il bronzo sono andati rispettivamente allo statunitense Jack Alexy e al francese Maxime Grousset.[3]
