NGC 3569 è una vasta galassia lenticolare situata nella costellazione dell'Orsa Maggiore, a una distanza di circa 372 milioni di anni luce dalla nostra Via Lattea.[1][2]
Scoperta
La galassia è stata scoperta il 27 aprile 1864 dall'astronomo tedesco Heinrich d'Arrest.[1]
Descrizione
SIMBAD la classifica come galassia attiva contenente un blazar.[4]
