Me or Sum è un singolo del rapper statunitense Nardo Wick, pubblicato il 29 novembre 2021 come terzo estratto dal primo album in studio Who Is Nardo Wick?.
Descrizione e testi
Nel brano, i tre artisti rappano sui loro stili di vita lussuosi, sulle loro esperienze e su come questo li renda attraenti per le donne.[2][3] Dopo la prima strofa di Future, il ritmo del brano cambia assumendo un tono più aggressivo, e ad essa seguono le strofe di Nardo Wick e Lil Baby.[3][4]
Video musicale
Il video musicale ufficiale della canzone è stato pubblicato il 3 febbraio 2022. Il video è stato diretto da MadeByJames ed è ambientato nei ruggenti anni venti. Il video inizia con Future che rappa in una camera da letto venendo "distratto dalla bellezza di una donna".[3][5] In seguito, Nardo Wick inizia a rappare in una stanza (descritta come un juke joint dell'epoca della Grande depressione)[6] piena di persone che giocano d'azzardo, bevono e fumano, oltre che di donne.[3] Mentre rappa, Wick pianifica una rapina con la sua banda. Durante la terza strofa, Lil Baby e la sua "amica" compiono la rapina, rubando contanti e gioielli.[5] Baby rappa anche davanti a una telecamera di sorveglianza.[5] Alla fine i tre rapper si riuniscono e festeggiano il loro successo.[5]
