I Think è un brano musicale del rapper statunitense Tyler, the Creator, pubblicato il 17 maggio 2019 come terza traccia del quinto album in studio Igor.

La canzone presenta vocali aggiuntivi della cantante statunitense Solange, oltre ai cori dei cantanti Ryan Beatty, Anthony Evans, Amanda Brown e Tiffany Stevenson.[5] La canzone è stata registrata presso Villa Batell, sul Lago di Como, in Italia.[6]

Descrizione

Nella canzone, Tyler, the Creator mette in discussione i propri sentimenti e la propria relazione, affermando: «I don't know where I'm going / But I know what I'm showing / Feelings, that's what I'm pouring / What the fuck is your motive? (Non so dove sto andando / Ma so cosa sto mostrando / Sentimenti, è questo che sto riversando / Qual è il tuo fottuto motivo?)».[7] La canzone inizia anche a rivelare i segni dell'attaccamento malsano di Tyler alla sua amata, commentando: «I'm your puppet, you are Jim Henson (Sono il tuo burattino, tu sei Jim Henson)».[8] Il rapper fa anche riferimento al romanzo diventato film Chiamami col tuo nome (Man, I wish you would call me / By your name cause I'm sorry).[9][10]

Video musicale

Il video musicale della canzone è stato pubblicato il 24 ottobre 2019. ed è stato diretto da Tyler, the Creator stesso (con lo pseudonimo di Wolf Haley). Il video dura circa due minuti e si apre in un bagno, dove un gruppo di persone sta giocando a dadi e una coppia esce da un gabinetto. Tyler, che indossa un abito pastello "color-block", una parrucca bionda e occhiali da sole, si osserva allo specchio, venendo poi spinto fuori dal bagno dai giocatori di dadi. Dopo essersi ripulito, insegue un uomo che gli piace, facendosi strada tra la folla di una festa da ballo.[7][11][12] Alla fine, Tyler si arrende e decide di scattare delle foto: durante il servizio, vi è un cameo della modella Kendall Jenner, oltre che di Wyatt e Fletcher Shears dei Garden.
