Manuale

Huanglong (in cinese: 黄龙风景名胜区, Huánglóng) è un'area di interesse storico e paesaggistico che si trova nella Contea di Songpan, nella provincia di Sichuan, in Cina. L'area si trova nella parte meridionale della catena montuosa del Minshan, 150 chilometri a nordovest di Chengdu.

Questa zona è famosa per i numerosi laghetti formati da depositi di calcite, per gli ecosistemi delle sue foreste, per i picchi innevati e le cascate che punteggiano il territorio. Qui si trovano numerose specie in pericolo d'estinzione, fra cui il panda gigante.

Nel 1992 Huanglong venne inserita nell'elenco dei Patrimoni dell'umanità dell'UNESCO e dal 2000 si è aggiunta all'elenco di riserve della biosfera.
