Bo Bragason

Bo Bragason (Chichester, 27 marzo 2004) è un'attrice britannica.

È nota per il ruolo di Roxy Trotter nella serie Nell - Rinnegata e di Oona in Sterling Point - L'isola dei segreti. Bragason è stata scelta per ottenere anche il ruolo della Principessa Zelda, la protagonista femminile dell'adattamento cinematografico della serie di videogiochi The Legend of Zelda, in uscita nel 2027.

Biografia

Nata a Chichester, nella contea del West Sussex, ha trascorso sette anni a Lussemburgo e altri tre nel sud della Francia[1]. La sua famiglia è poi tornata in Inghilterra nel 2014, stabilendosi a Mere: qui Bragason ha frequentato la vicina scuola secondaria Knutsford Academy[2], per poi studiare teatro al Knutsford Little Theatre e successivamente al National Youth Theatre.

Il suo primo ruolo, nel 2007, è una piccola parte del film francese L'amore nascosto[3], seguito nel 2016 da una performance motion capture nel film Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV[4]. L'anno dopo, nel 2017, ha debuttato nel mondo delle serie TV in Three Girls della BBC[5], per poi proseguire negli anni successivi anche nelle serie Moving On[5] e Creeped Out - Racconti di paura[6]. Nel 2021 ha partecipato al suo secondo film, Censor, per poi dedicarsi al teatro.

Nel 2024 è tornata nel mondo delle serie TV prendendo parte ai cast delle miniserie Nell - Rinnegata[7] e The Jetty[8]; lo stesso anno ha recitato anche nella commedia horror The Radleys[9]. Nel 2025 partecipa al dramma storico King & Conqueror; nello stesso anno viene annunciato che interpreterà il ruolo della principessa Zelda nell'adattamento cinematografico di The Legend of Zelda[10].
