Ultraman Mebius Side Story: Ghost Reverse (ウルトラマンメビウス外伝 ゴーストリバース, Urutoraman Mebiusu Gaiden Gōsuto Ribāsu) adalah serial direct-to-video Jepang, yang merupakan sekuel dari Seri Ultra tahun 2006 Ultraman Mebius dan berlatar beberapa waktu setelah episode terakhir. Selain karya video asli, serial ini juga menerima perluasan dalam terbitan Televi-kun dan Televi-Magazine pada tahun 2009. Serial ini dirilis secara terpisah, The Dark Graveyard (暗黒の墓場, Ankoku no Hakaba) pada 25 November dan The Emperor's Resurrection (復活の皇帝, Fukkatsu no Kōtei) pada 22 Desember 2009.[1][2]

Selain menjadi sekuel Mebius, latar waktunya memperjelas bahwa film ini terjadi beberapa saat setelah Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle: Never Ending Odyssey dan berfungsi sebagai prolog untuk film tahun 2009 Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy, karena keterlibatan Giga Battle Nizer. Film ini juga berfungsi sebagai peran akting terakhir untuk Seizō Katō dan Daisuke Gōri dalam Seri Ultra. Seluruh film ini menggabungkan elemen efek khusus chroma key dan wire fu.[3]

Sinopsis

Ultra Brothers mendeteksi kelainan di Kaiju Graveyard menggunakan Ultra Sign dari Ultraman Hikari, namun Ultraman Ace dan Ultraman Taro ditangkap oleh Dark Four Heavenly Kings (G) yang dihidupkan kembali. Four Heavenly Kings berencana untuk menghidupkan kembali Emperor Alien dengan mendapatkan Giga Battlenizer, item legendaris yang disegel di Valley of Fire, dan memerintahkan Ultraman Mebius untuk mendapatkan Giga Battlenizer dengan imbalan mengembalikan rekan yang ditangkap. Mebius menerima permintaan dan menuju ke Valley of Fire bersama Mechazam yang ditemuinya.[4]
