Tantangan garam dan es adalah sebuah tantangan internet dimana partisipan menaburi garam ke tubuh mereka, biasanya di tangan, dan es kemudian ditempatkan di atas taburan garam tersebut.[1] Tantangan tersebut menyebabkan sensasi "terbakar" yang mirip dengan radang beku. Tantangan tersebut dapat direkam dan diposting ke YouTube atau bentuk media sosial lainnya.[2]
