Peggy Shannon (nee Winona Sammon; 10 Januari 1907 – 11 Mei 1941)[1] [2] adalah seorang aktris Amerika. Dia muncul di panggung dan layar tahun 1920-an dan 1930-an.

Shannon memulai karirnya sebagai gadis Ziegfeld pada tahun 1923 sebelum pindah ke produksi Broadway. Dia masuk ke Paramount Pictures dan bersiap untuk menggantikan Clara Bow sebagai "It girl" terbaru, yang dia gantikan di film tahun 1931, The Secret Call. Ketergantungannya yang semakin besar pada alkohol akhirnya menggagalkan kariernya. Dia muncul dalam film terakhirnya Triple Justice pada tahun 1940. Pada bulan Mei 1941, Shannon meninggal pada usia 34 tahun karena serangan jantung, yang disebabkan oleh alkoholisme. Suaminya Albert G. Roberts menembak dirinya sendiri tiga minggu setelah kematiannya.
