Myleene Angela Klass (lahir 6 April 1978) adalah seorang penyanyi, pianis, model dan selebriti asal Britania Raya, dikenal sebagai anggota pop band Hear'Say.

Saat ini, Klass lebih banyak dikenal sebagai presenter televisi dan radio; ia menjadi pembawa acara pada program Popstar to Operastar (2010–2011) dan BBQ Champ (2015–sekarang) di ITV serta The One Show (2007) di BBC One. Dia juga merupakan panelis di acara ITV Loose Women pada tahun 2014. Pada bulan April 2012 pendapatan yang ia peroleh mencapai £11 juta.[1]

Klass adalah duta bagi National Foundation for Youth Music, sebuah badan amal musik untuk anak.[2]
