Khalid bin Sa'id

Khalid bin Sa'id (bahasa Arab: خالد بن سعيد; meninggal 634 M) adalah salah seorang Sahabat Nabi Muhammad dan jenderal di bawah Kekhalifahan Rasyidin.[1]

Dia adalah salah satu anggota Bani Umayyah dari suku Quraisy.[1] Dia masuk Islam sebelum 613 M bersama dengan saudaranya, Amru.[2] Dia hijrah ke Abisinia bersama dengan istrinya Hamaniya,[2] dan dimana ia juga bertindak sebagai wali bagi Ummu Habibah ketika ia menikah dengan Muhammad yang saat itu ada di Abisinia.[3]

Pada 633 M ia diangkat menjadi panglima kampanye ke Suriah oleh Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq.[4] Pada 634 M dia menikah dengan Ummu Hakim pada malam sebelum Pertempuran Marj ash-Shaffar. Dia kemudian terbunuh dalam pertempuran itu.
