Ketua Dewan Legislatif Palestina adalah ketua Dewan Legislatif Palestina dari Otoritas Palestina. Sebagai Ketua, Ketua bertindak sebagai sementara Presiden Otoritas Nasional Palestina jika yang terakhir tidak dapat melakukan tugasnya. Di bawah hukum Palestina, Presiden sementara memegang peran selama enam puluh hari sampai pemilihan diadakan.[1]

Sejak 29 Maret 2006, Ketua adalah Aziz Duwaik, Hamas, meskipun Dewan Legislatif Palestina belum bertemu sejak 2007.

Sejarah

Setelah pengunduran diri Perdana Menteri Palestina, Mahmoud Abbas, pada 6 September 2003, Ketua Dewan Legislatif Palestina, Ahmed Qurei menjadi penjabat Perdana Menteri, dan dia akan menjadi Perdana Menteri hingga 26 Januari 2006.

Rawhi Fattouh menjadi Presiden sementara Otoritas Palestina setelah kematian Yasser Arafat pada 11 November 2004 hingga 15 Januari 2005, ketika Mahmoud Abbas dilantik sebagai Presiden setelah pemilihan.
