Hilton Washington

Hilton Washington (juga disebut Washington Hilton^[1]^[2] dan dikenal di antara penduduk setempat sebagai Hinckley Hilton^[3]^[4]^[5]) merupakan sebuah hotel di Washington, D.C. Hotel ini terletak di 1919 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., sepenuhnya di batas lingkungan Kalorama, Dupont Circle, dan Adams Morgan. Dibangun pada tahun 1960-an dalam rancangan busur ganda, hotel ini sudah lama memakai ruang dansa tanpa tiang terbesar di kota ini. Sejumlah even besar telah diselenggarakan di Hilton Washington, termasuk makan malam tahunan White House Correspondents Association dan Radio and Television Correspondents Association.

Pada tahun 1980-an, hotel ini menjadi saksi bisu percobaan pembunuhan Ronald Reagan, Presiden AS masa itu, oleh John Warnock Hinckley Jr. pada tanggal 30 Maret 1981. Penembakan terjadi di jalan keluar menuju T Street NW.

Pada bulan Juni 2007, hotel ini dibeli oleh perusahaan investasi yang secara bersama dimiliki oleh mantan bintang basket profesional Magic Johnson.^[6]
