Guillermo Fariñas Hernández (lahir 3 Januari 1962) ("El Coco") adalah seorang dokter psikologi,[1] jurnalis independen[2] dan pembangkang politik di Kuba. Ia telah melakukan 23 mogok makan sepanjang tahun untuk memprotes berbagai unsur rezim Kuba.[3] Ia telah menyatakan bahwa ia siap mati dalam berjuang melawan penyensoran di Kuba.[2]
