Ford F-Series generasi keempat adalah jajaran truk yang diproduksi oleh Ford dari model tahun 1961 hingga 1966. Memperkenalkan kabin yang lebih rendah dan lebar dibandingkan generasi sebelumnya, Ford memperkenalkan beberapa perubahan desain pada lini model. Sejalan dengan truk pikap modern, sisi tempat tidur, garis kap mesin, dan ambang jendela semuanya memiliki ketinggian yang sama. Ford mengembalikan F-Series ke dua lampu depan (perubahan desain yang bertahan selama lebih dari 50 tahun).
