Antarktik (bahasa Inggris: Antarctic)[1][2] adalah wilayah kutub di sekitar Kutub Selatan Bumi, yang berseberangan dengan wilayah Arktika di sekitar Kutub Utara. Antarktik terdiri dari Benua Antarktika, Dataran Tinggi Kerguelen, dan wilayah-wilayah pulau yang terletak di Lempeng Antarktika atau di selatan Konvergensi Antarktika. Wilayah Antarktik mencakup paparan es, perairan, dan semua wilayah pulau di Samudra Selatan yang terletak di Konvergensi Antarktika, zona dengan lebar sekitar 32 hingga 48 km (20 hingga 30 mi) dengan garis lintang yang berbeda-beda pada musim tertentu.[3] Wilayah ini mencakup sekitar 20 persen Belahan Bumi Selatan, yang 5,5 persennya (14 juta km2) adalah luas permukaan benua Antarktika sendiri. Semua daratan dan lapisan es di selatan garis lintang 60°S ditadbir di bawah Sistem Traktat Antarktika. Secara biogeografi, wilayah Antarktik adalah salah satu dari delapan wilayah biogeografi permukaan daratan Bumi.
