ראיין דסטיני איירונס (באנגלית: Ryan Destiny Irons; נולדה ב-8 בינואר 1995) היא שחקנית וזמרת-יוצרת אמריקאית, הידועה בעיקר בזכות תפקידיה בדרמה המוזיקלית של פוקס, "סטאר" (אנ') (2016–2019) בתור אלכסנדרה קריין ומהופעתה בתור ג'יליאן בסדרה "בוגרת-כזה" (2020–2021) ברשת Freeform.

ביוגרפיה

דסטיני נולדה ב-8 בינואר 1995 בדטרויט, מישיגן. אביה היה חבר בקבוצת ה-R&B משנות ה-90, "Guess". דסטיני למדה בתיכון ווסט בלומפילד (אנ'). בינואר 2011, דסטיני זכתה בתחרות שירה כדי להשתתף בהקרנת הבכורה על השטיח האדום של "Never Say Never" של ג'סטין ביבר. משפחתה היא ממוצא אפרו-אמריקאי, כאשר לסבתה מצד אמה יש שורשים אירים.

קריירה

מוזיקה

בבית הספר התיכון, דסטיני בת ה-12 הקימה את השלישייה המוזיקלית New Limit. בניהולה של אמה דון, השלישייה עשתה אודישן ל-America's Got Talent בשנת 2010 ועלו לגמר עד שהחליטו שזה לא בשבילם. עד שנת 2011 דסטיני חתמה על חוזה הקלטות עם יוניברסל רפובליק.[1] הלהקה התפרקה מאוחר יותר, כשדסטיני הקימה קבוצה חדשה בשם "לאב דולהאוס". השלישייה חתמה על חוזה הקלטות בקפיטול רקורדס. הלהקה הוציאה את סינגל הבכורה שלה "Can I".[2] הלהקה התפרקה בשנת 2015.[3]

בשנת 2016, דסטיני הכריזה כי היא עובדת עם מיני-אלבום בכורה. היא הוציאה את הסינגל הראשון שלה "The Same" ב-2018, עם רמיקס בהשתתפות הראפר טובי לו שיצא בשנה שלאחר מכן. הסינגל השני שלה "Do You" שוחרר ב-2020. שירים נוספים של הם: "How Many", שיצא ב-2022; "Lie Like That", שיצא ב-2023 ו-"How Your Hands Feel", שיצא ב-2024.

משחק

בשנת 2010 הופיעה דסטיני בפרק בסדרת האינטרנט "The Wannabes". בשנת 2013 היא הופיעה בכמה פרקים של דרמת הפשע, "שמש שקרנית" (אנ'). מאוחר יותר הופיעה בדמות הראשית בסרט האינדי "A Girl Like Grace".[4]

דסטיני לוהקה לתפקיד של טיאנה בדרמה המוזיקלית אימפריה, אך בשל חוזה ההקלטות שלה, היא לא יכלה לקבל את התפקיד. בדצמבר 2015, דסטיני לוהקה באחד התפקידים הראשיים כאלכסנדרה בסדרה "סטאר" לצד קווין לטיפה. הסדרה שודרה בפוקס החל מ-14 בדצמבר 2016 והסתיימה לאחר שלוש עונות בשנת 2019.[5]

בנובמבר 2019 הוכרז כי דסטיני לוהקה לגלם את המתאגרפת קלריסה שילדס (אנ') בסרט הביוגרפי "The Fire Inside".[6]

בספטמבר 2024, נבחרה דסטיני לרשימת "10 השחקנים שכדאי לעקוב אחריהם" של מגזין "וראייטי" לשנת 2024.[7]

חיים אישיים

דסטיני הייתה במערכת יחסים עם השחקן קית' פאוורס משנת 2017 ועד שנפרדו בשנת 2022.[8] בשנת 2024, דסטיני ופאוורס חידשו את מערכת היחסים ביניהם.
