צ'אנג-אה 3 (במנדרינית: 嫦娥三号 בפין-יין: Cháng'é Sānhào) היא משימה לחקר הירח ששוגרה ב-1 בדצמבר 2013 על ידי מינהל החלל הסיני הכוללת נחתת רובוטית ורובר (רכב חלל). משימה זו מהווה את השלב השני בתוכנית הסינית לחקר הירח[4][5][6] והיא נקודת ציון חשובה בתוכנית המחקר הסינית, שכן זו הפעם הראשונה שסין הנחיתה גשושית מסוג נחתת על גוף שמימי והיא המדינה השלישית בעולם שמבצעת צעד כזה, לאחר ברית המועצות וארצות הברית.

כמו בשתי המשימות שבאו לפניה, צ'אנג-אה 1 וצ'אנג-אה 2, במשימה זו נקראה הנחתת על שמה של צ'אנג-אה, פיה מאגדה סינית הגרה על הירח, ואילו הרובר, קרוי יוטו, על שם ארנב הירקן באגדה[7].

ב-6 בדצמבר 2013 נכנסה החללית למסלול סביב הירח[8] וב-14 בדצמבר 2013 נחתה על פניו, והייתה לחללית הראשונה שמשיגה נחיתה-רכה על הירח מאז לונה 24 הסובייטית בשנת 1976[9].

במהלך ינואר 2014 סבל הרובר מתקלות טכניות והקשר עמו נותק. ב-13 בפברואר הודיעה סוכנות הידיעות הממלכתית של סין כי הרובר שבק חיים באופן סופי[10].
