ניקולס צ'נינג דיג'ובאני (באנגלית: Nick DiGiovanni; נולד ב-19 במאי 1996) הוא שף ואושיית רשת אמריקאי.[1][2] נכון למרץ 2024, לדיג'ובאני יש למעלה מ-30 מיליון עוקבים בכל חשבונות המדיה החברתית שלו.

ביוגרפיה

דיג'ובאני נולד ב-19 במאי 1996 בפרובידנס לכריס וסוזן דיג'ובאני.[4] דיג'ובאני הוא ממוצא איטלקי, גרמני, אנגלי ופרסי.[5][6] הוא הבכור מבין ארבעה אחים. הוא פיתח תשוקה לאוכל בגיל צעיר בכך שצפה בסבתו ובסבתא רבתא שלו מבשלות ארוחות למשפחה.[7]

השכלה

דיג'ובאני למד בתיכון באקדמיית מילטון, שם סיים בהצטיינות. הוא שימש כמנהל משותף של תוכנית השירות הקהילתי של אקדמיית מילטון.[8]

לאחר שסיים את לימודיו בתיכון, דיג'ובאני הלך לאוניברסיטת הרווארד שם הקים קבוצת מפגשים בשם "אוכל ואקלים".[9] כחלק מהקורסים שלו, הוא השתתף בהרצאות שלימדו מאסימו בוטורה, גראנט אקץ אחאץ וחוסה אנדרס.[10]
