מור סלארדי מִראקושפלבה, (במקור שפיצר; בהונגרית: Rákosfalvi Szalárdi Mór[1] אובודה, 13 באפריל 1851 – בודפשט, 18 באוקטובר 1914)[2] היה רופא יהודי-הונגרי, פרופסור באוניברסיטה. הוא פעל רבות בעניין הקמת בתי יתומים ובארגון הקמת מוסדות למקלטי ילדים בהונגריה. על זכויותיו אלה קיבל תואר אצולה הונגרית עם הקידומת "ראקושפלבי".[3]

ביוגרפיה

מור (מוריץ) שפיצר נולד במשפחה יהודית כבנם של הסוחר ברנאט שפיצר ושל פאני מייטנר. הוא סיים את מבחני הבגרות בגימנסיה הריאלית הראשית ברובע 4 של בודפשט, לאחר מכן למד רפואה בווינה ובפריז ולבסוף בשנת 1874 קיבל את התואר דוקטור לרפואה בווינה.

משנת 1876 עבד בבית החולים רוקוש בבודפשט. שפיצר שינה את שם משפחתו לסלארדי ב-1877.[4] הוא קיבל תואר פרופסור חבר באוניברסיטה בשנת 1881 והפנה את תשומת הלב למאבק בתמותת תינוקות במאמריו ובעלונים שפרסם. בשנת 1884[5] ייסד את אגודת בית היתומים הלאומית של הצלב הלבן ("אגודת הצלב הלבן להגנת ילדים").

בשנת 1885 השתתף ביחד עם ד"ר יוז'ף באנוצי. וברנאט אלכסנדר בהקמת בית החולים לילדים של הצלב הלבן (היום קליניקה לילדים של אוניברסיטת זמלווייס). בשנת 1898 הפקיד ראש ממשלת הונגריה, קלמן סל, בידיו את האחריות על אגודת בית היתומים את הארגון הלאומי להגנת הילדים ואת הטיפול בילדים נטושים. משנת 1902 היה סלארדי סגן המנהל והרופא הראשי של מעון הילדים הממלכתי שארגן. בשלב זה הגנת ילדים כבר כללה 17,000 ילדים בממלכת הונגריה במסגרת האימפריה האוסטרו-הונגרית. סלארדי ייצג את נושא הגנת הילדים גם בקונגרסים זרים.[6]

כהוקרה על זכויותיו והישגיו אלה העניק לו מלך הונגריה, פרנץ יוזף הראשון, קיסר אוסטריה את צלב הכבוד המוכתר בדרגת זהב ותואר אצולה (כמו Sir בבריטניה).

אשתו הייתה אנה פלדיאק, אותה נשא לאישה בבודפשט ב-12 בנובמבר 1883.[7] הוא הובא למנוחות בבית הקברות היהודי ברקושקרסטור.
