מומו היראי (יפנית: 平井 もも), ידועה בפשטות כמומו (אנגלית: Momo; קוריאנית: 모모; יפנית: もも) היא רקדנית, ראפרית וזמרת יפנית המבוססת בקוריאה הדרומית. היא חלק מלהקת הבנות טווייס תחת החברה JYP Entertainment. מומו היא הרקדנית הראשית של הקבוצה. היא אחת משלוש חברות יפניות בקבוצה, היא הכי גדולה מביניהן.[1][2]

חיים מוקדמים

מומו נולדה בקיוטונאבה שבמחוז קיוטו, יפן.[3][4] היא החלה לרקוד בגיל שלוש, יחד עם אחותה הגדולה.

קריירה

קדם הבכורה

למומו הייתה חשיפה מוקדמת לתעשיית המוזיקה בדרום קוריאה. בשנת 2008 היא הופיעה בסרטון מוזיקה לזמר לקסי ובשנת 2011 הופיעה בתוכנית הכישרונות Superstar K.[5] מומו ואחותה אותרו במקור על ידי JYP Entertainment בסרטון מקוון שנשלח לחברה בשנת 2012.[4] שתיהן התבקשו להיבחן, ורק מומו הצליחה, מה שהניעה אותה לעבור לדרום קוריאה מביתה ביפן באפריל 2012.[6] לפני שמומו הצטרפה לטווייס, היא רקדה במספר סרטוני מוזיקה כ"מתלמדת K-Pop".[7] בשנת 2015 מומו השתתפה בתוכנית הריאליטי הדרום קוריאנית Sixteen, בהנחיית והפקת JYP ובשיתוף עם MNet .[1][8] למרות שהודחה בתחילת התחרות, היא הוחזרה בסוף התחרות בהחלטת JYP והצטרפה לקבוצת הנערות שזה עתה הוקמה - טווייס.[9]

חיים אישיים

ב-2 בינואר,2020 החברה Label SJ ו-JYP Entertainment אימתו את הידיעה שמומו נמצאת במערכת יחסים עם קים היי-צ'ול מלהקת הבנים סופר ג'וניור. לקראת סוף 2021 הזוג נפרד.
