יחסי הונג קונג–ליכטנשטיין הם היחסים הבינלאומיים בין הונג קונג לליכטנשטיין.

היסטוריה

מאחר שליכטנשטיין והונג קונג צמחו סביב חברות תעשייתיות מיוחדות לאחר שתי מלחמות העולם, כמו גם בהיותן פעילות במגזר הפיננסי הבינלאומי, הונג קונג התפתחה בהדרגה בקרב השותפים החשובים ביותר של ליכטנשטיין באסיה.[1][2]

הנוכחות של ליכטנשטיין בהונג קונג התחזקה מאז סוף המאה העשרים. לדוגמה, הילטי, יצרנית כלי חשמל מדויקים בליכטנשטיין, החלה את פעילותה בהונג קונג בשנת 1974. אחריה הגיעה משפחת הנסיכים של הבנק הפרטי של ליכטנשטיין, LGT, בשנת 1986. אחד מאנשי ליכטנשטיין הבולטים בהונג קונג, אלויס, יורש העצר של ליכטנשטיין, בנו של הנס אדם השני, נסיך ליכטנשטיין, בילה שלושה חודשים בהונג קונג בסוף 1987 ובתחילת 1988 כקצין משמרות קולדסטרים במהלך הקריירה הצבאית שלו כחניך האקדמיה הצבאית המלכותית הבריטית.[2]

קונסוליית הכבוד של ליכטנשטיין בהונג קונג נפתחה בשנת 2013, ולדברי ממשלת ליכטנשטיין, "תאפשר לשתי המדינות להעמיק את יחסיהן, במיוחד בתחומי המימון והיצוא."[1][3] לליכטנשטיין אין נציגות דיפלומטית באסיה. קונסוליית הכבוד בהונג קונג היא אחת משתי קונסוליות הכבוד של ליכטנשטיין באסיה, השנייה היא סינגפור.[4]

יחסי סחר והסכמים

ליכטנשטיין והונג קונג מקיימות יחסים כלכליים משולבים ומעורבים היטב.[1] ליכטנשטיין והונג קונג חברות בארגון הסחר העולמי מאז 1995. אמנה למניעת כפל מס (CDTA) נחתם בין ליכטנשטיין להונג קונג ב-12 באוגוסט 2010, ונכנס לתוקף ב-8 ביולי 2011.[5][6][7] הונג קונג והמדינות החברות באיגוד הסחר החופשי האירופי (EFTA), כולל ליכטנשטיין, חתמו על הסכם סחר חופשי מקיף ב-21 ביוני 2011 בליכטנשטיין, המהווה ציון דרך חשוב מאחר שהיה הסכם הסחר החופשי הראשון של הונג קונג עם כל מדינה אירופאית. ההסכם מכסה סחר בשירותים, סחורות, השקעות ונושאים קשורים אחרים כגון הגנה על קניין רוחני.[8][9]

הנציגה המיוחדת לענייני כלכלה וסחר בהונג קונג באיחוד האירופי, מרי צ'או, ביקרה בליכטנשטיין ב-12 באוגוסט 2010.[10] ממלא מקום מזכיר המסחר ופיתוח כלכלי, גרגורי סו, ביקר בשאן, ליכטנשטיין ב־21 ביוני 2011 לחתימת הסכם הסחר החופשי עם EFTA.[11] שרת החוץ של ליכטנשטיין, אוריליה פריק, ביקרה בהונג קונג ב-28 ביוני 2013 ונפגשה עם שר המסחר והפיתוח הכלכלי של הונג קונג, גרגורי סו.[1]
