יאיר (יאיא) פינק (נולד ב-14 ביוני 1984) הוא פעיל חברתי ופוליטי, כיום הוא אחד ממובילי המחאה למען שוויון בנטל, ובנוסף הוא מכהן כראש סיעה ואגף צדק חברתי בהסתדרות.

ביוגרפיה

פינק נולד בירושלים, הצעיר מבין שישה אחים ואחיות. הוא התחנך בישיבת הקיבוץ הדתי במעלה גלבוע וסיים את שירותו הצבאי כקצין בחטיבת הצנחנים. לאחר שחרורו ניהל בהתנדבות את עמותת "שכן טוב", ובהמשך היה הדובר של חברת מועצת העיר ירושלים רחל עזריה. פינק למד תואר ראשון במדעי המדינה ותואר שני במנהל עסקים באוניברסיטה העברית שבירושלים.

פעילות ציבורית

בשנים 2011–2013, במהלך הכנסת השמונה עשרה (2009–2012) והתשע עשרה (2013–2015), שימש כראש המטה של ח"כ שלי יחימוביץ' כראשת מפלגת העבודה ויושבת ראש האופוזיציה. ניהל את מטה השטח של עמותת תג מאיר[1]. בשנים 2014–2015 ניהל פינק את מטה השטח של אגודת האשראי אופק, והיה אחד ממקימיה. ב־2015 ייסד את מיזם שדלנות לובי 99, אותו הוא ניהל עד שנת 2019. בשנת 2016 נבחר לאחד מ-100 המשפיעים של העיתון דה מרקר[2] ובשנת 2017, נבחר ביחד עם לינור דויטש, לרשימת הצעירים המבטיחים של העיתון כלכליסט[3]. בין השנים 2020–2022 שימש כמנכ"ל תנועת "דרכנו" ובמסגרת זו הקים את ערוץ התקשורת העצמאי "דמוקרטTV". כמו כן היה חבר המועצה הציבורית במלכ"ר "צו פיוס".

משנת 2017 יושב פינק בבית הנבחרים של ההסתדרות כראש סיעת "צדק חברתי". הוא משמש כראש "אגף צדק חברתי", במסגרתו פועל גם לחינוך הדור הצעיר. כמו כן, פעיל בתחום זכויות העובדים הלהט"בים יחד עם מגי מור, ולמען זכויות אנשי המילואים העובדים.

בשנת 2019, לקראת הבחירות לכנסת העשרים ואחת, התמודד בבחירות המקדימות לרשימת מפלגת העבודה[4], נבחר למקום השמיני בפריימריז של הרשימה אולם לא נכנס לכנסת. לקראת הבחירות לכנסת העשרים וחמש, התמודד פינק שוב בפריימריז של מפלגת העבודה, נבחר למקום השישי בפריימריז וגם בפעם הזו לא נכנס לכנסת. במערכת בחירות זו הקים את מטה הציונות הדתית במפלגה.

בשנת 2023, עם תחילת כהונתה של הכנסת העשרים וחמש, היה ממובילי המחאה נגד הרפורמה המשפטית[5] שהוביל שר המשפטים יריב לוין. כחלק מפעילותו סייע להקמת מוקדי מחאה בפריפריה וקיים שיחות ועידת וידאו רבות-משתתפים על הסוגיות שעל סדר היום. פינק הקים את "מטה הצרכנות הליברלי" בעקבות חרמות של פעילי ימין על עסקים שהביעו תמיכה במחאה[6] ובמסגרתו יזם את "התו הליברלי"[7], שמאגד תחתיו עסקים שתמכו במחאה. הוביל את צעדת הצעירים לדמוקרטיה צעדה בת שבוע מתל אביב לירושלים[8].

בין הפרויקטים למימון המונים שיזם: שיקום קיבוץ בארי[9], סיוע לאביגיל בת ה-4 שחזרה משבי החמאס ולמשפחתה החדשה[10], סיוע כספי לפורום מיכל סלה[11] בעקבות קיצוצים של תקציבים על ידי הממשלה, תמיכה ביתומות רומי-שירה וליה סויסה ובילדיו של רביד כץ[12] שאיבדו את הוריהן במתקפת הפתע של חמאס[13], סיוע לפלסטינים שאת ביתם שרפו במהומות בחווארה[14] וסיוע לילדי משפחת ברנס שהוריהם נהרגו מרקטה ברמת הגולן[15]. במהלך מלחמת חרבות ברזל פינק הקים את "מטה המילואימניקים לשירות שווה" אשר מונה כחמישה עשר אלף מילואימניקים ומילואימניקיות, למען ביטחון ישראל ולמען ערך השוויון, והוא אחד ממובילי המחאה למען שוויון בנטל[16]. בתגובה לקריאות גנאי שספג הכדורגלן מוחמד אבו פאני הגיש פינק לשחקן מכתב התנצלות עליו חתמו אלפים[17].

פינק משרת במילואים כקצין אג"ם חטיבתי בדרגת רב-סרן. בעקבות פיטוריו הראשונים של השר יואב גלנט, במרץ 2023, הודיע פינק על הפסקת התנדבותו למילואים[18] מאוחר יותר חזר לשרת וגויס ב"מלחמת חרבות ברזל", ושירת מעל 200 ימי מילואים, החל מ-7 באוקטובר 2023.

בספטמבר 2024 נבחר פינק לאחד מאנשי השנה של מגזין דה מרקר[19][20].
