לינור דויטש (נולדה ב-27 בספטמבר 1982)[1][2] היא נציגת ציבור, שותפה מייסדת ומנכ"לית לובי 99.[3] היא עורכת דין במקצועה, פמיניסטית ואקטיביסטית[4]. בוגרת יחידה 8200, מומחית לרגולציה וייעוץ פוליטי, בוגרת תואר ראשון במשפטים ומדע המדינה ותואר שני במגדר מאוניברסיטת תל אביב. נבחרה לרשימת "100 המשפיעים של דה-מרקר" במהלך השנים 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 ו-2021 וזוכת אות "אבירת איכות השלטון" לשנת 2019[5]. בנוסף, נכללה ברשימות האקטיביסטיות של ליידי גלובס וכלכליסט.

ביוגרפיה

לינור דויטש נולדה ב-27 בספטמבר 1982 בבאר שבע וגדלה בגן יבנה, בצבא שירתה ביחידה 8200. לאחר הצבא למדה באוניברסיטת תל אביב, ושם סיימה תואר ראשון במשפטים ומדע המדינה ותואר שני במגדר.

בשנים 2009 עד 2011 הייתה עוזרת פרלמנטרית של ח"כ שי חרמש (קדימה). לאחר מכן כיהנה כסמנכ"ל רגולציה ויועמ"ש בהתאחדות האיכרים בישראל בין השנים 2011 עד 2015 ועבדה כעוזרת פרלמנטרית ויועצת פוליטית בכנסת.[5]

דויטש פרשה והחליטה לחבור בהקמת מיזם "לובי 99" כלוביסטית הציבורית[6] הראשונה[7][8]. הארגון ממומן מתרומות הציבור בהוראות קבע[9].

כותבת לעיתון "הארץ", למדור הבלוגים של "זמן ישראל" ולעיתון "גלובס".[דרושים מקורות]

במאי 2023 השתתפה בתוכנית הטלוויזיה התיעודית "מדורות השבטים" של כאן 11[10].

פרסים

זכתה באות אבירת איכות השלטון 2019 בקטגוריית מאבק חברתי-ציבורי מטעם התנועה לאיכות השלטון[11].
