זדֶנייֵק הְרְזִ'יבּ (בצ'כית: Zdeněk Hřib; נולד ב-21 במאי 1981) הוא מנהל צ'כי, רופא ופוליטיקאי מטעם מפלגת הפיראטים, המכהן כראש עיריית פראג מאז נובמבר 2018.[1]

כרופא, מילא שורת תפקידי ניהול וייעוץ בגופי בריאות ממשלתיים, ארגוניים וארגונים ללא מטרות רווח, המוקדשים לדיגיטציה, בקרת איכות של שירותים והגנת הצרכן. ב-2014 הוא התמודד ללא הצלחה בבחירות המוניציפליות בפראג, אך נכנס לתפקידו בעקבות הבחירות המוניציפליות ב-2018, שם זכו הפיראטים במקום השני והקימו קואליציה שלטונית עם המפלגות השלישית והרביעית בדירוג, קואליציה המחזיקה 39 מתוך 65 מושבים באספת העיר פראג.

ראשית החיים והקריירה

הְרְזִ'יבּ נולד בסלאביצ'ין, בסמוך לעיר זלין בדרום מזרח צ'כיה. הוא למד רפואה באוניברסיטת קארל בפראג והשתתף בתוכנית חילופי סטודנטים בטאיוואן.[2]

בהמשך מילא תפקידים ניהוליים בענף הבריאות, והתמקד בדיגיטציה של שירותי הבריאות.[3] מאז 2012 הוא משמש כמנהל ומייסד ארגון ללא מטרות רווח המספק בקרת איכות, ביקורת הנהלה וייעוץ לספקי שירותי בריאות וכן הגנה על הצרכן ללקוחות הבריאות.[4]

בשנת 2013 הפך הְרְזִ'יבּ לתומך רשום של מפלגת הפיראטים הצ'כית[5] וב-2014, התמודד ללא הצלחה בבחירות העירוניות בפראג 2014.[6]

ראש עיריית פראג (2018 – הווה)

הפיראטים דורגו במקום השני בבחירות המוניציפליות בפראג 2018 וזכו ב-13 מתוך 65 מושבים באספת עיריית פראג והקימו קואליציה שלטונית עם המפלגות שהגיעו למקום השלישי והרביעי, המחזיקה בסך הכל 39 מתוך 65 מושבים. הְרְזִ'יבּ, כמועמד המוביל של מפלגת הפיראטים עם 75,082 קולות,[7] נבחר לראש עיריית פראג[1] ב־15 בנובמבר 2018 על ידי אספת עיריית פראג והחליף בתפקיד את אדריאנה קרנובובה.[8]

בשנת 2018, במהלך פגישה עם דיפלומטים זרים בפראג, התבקש ראש העיר על ידי שגריר סין בצ'כיה לגרש את נציג טאיוואן, וסירב לעשות כן.[9] הוא מתח ביקורת על סעיף בהסכם עיר האחות בין פראג לבייג'ינג המתייחס לעקרון סין האחת, והצהיר כי מדיניות זו היא "עניין מורכב ביחסי החוץ בין שתי מדינות" ולכן "אין לה מקום בהסכם ערים תאומות". בהמשך העביר הְרְזִ'יבּ ביקורת על כך שממשלת סין ביטלה בתגובה סיור של הפילהרמוניה בפראג, ותיאר זאת כפוליטיזציה של התרבות. לטענת הגרדיאן, הְרְזִ'יבּ היה אחראי להשבת "דמותה של צ'כיה כחלוצת פעילות למען זכויות אדם".[10]

ב-17 בינואר 2019 פנה הְרְזִ'יבּ למועצת העיר בבקשה לקרוא רחוב בפראג לכבודו של פאבל אדמוביץ', ראש עיריית גדנסק לשעבר בפולין שנרצח ב־13 בינואר 2019.[11] ב־5 ביוני 2019 נחנך רשמית הרחוב בפארק רייגרובי סאדי על שם אדמוביץ'.[12]

בדצמבר 2019 היה הרז'יב בין ארבעת ראשי הערים של בירות קבוצת וישגראד בפראג, בוורשה, בברטיסלאבה ובבודפשט, שחתמו על מה שמכונה "ברית ערים חופשיות", הסכמה להגן על "ערכים משותפים של חופש, כבוד אנושי, דמוקרטיה, שוויון, שלטון החוק, צדק חברתי, סובלנות ומגוון תרבותי".[13] באפריל 2020 הורה הְרְזִ'יבּ ופיקח על הסרת הפסל שהוקדש למצביא הסובייטי איוואן קונייב, מעשה שנוי במחלוקת שהוביל להגברת האבטחה סביב ראש העיר בשבועות שלאחר מכן.[14]
