אוטופיה (באנגלית: Utopia) היא סדרת טלוויזיה אמריקאית מסוגת דרמת מדע בדיוני, שעובדה על ידי גיליאן פלין מהסדרה הבריטית המקורית משנת 2013. היא עלתה לשידור ב-25 בספטמבר 2020 בספק שירותי הסטרימינג פריים וידאו.[1] הסדרה בוטלה לאחר עונה אחת.[2]

עלילה

קבוצה של צעירים שנפגשים ברשת, משיגים את "אוטופיה", חוברת קומיקס מחתרתית, שלא רק שמה אותם כמטרה של ארגון אפל, אלא מכבידה עליהם במשימה המסוכנת להצלת העולם.

פיתוח

אוטופיה הוזמנה ישירות לסדרה ב-19 באפריל 2018, בהזמנה של תשעה פרקים.[4] במקור היא נוצרה ב-HBO עם דייוויד פינצ'ר כבמאי, אך מעולם לא הופקה לאחר סכסוך כלכלי.[5][6] ב-19 באפריל 2018 הוזמנה אוטופיה לסדרה על ידי אמזון.[7] ב-23 ביולי 2020, במהלך כנס הקומיק-קון של סן דייגו, שוחרר הטיזר הראשון של הסדרה ואושר כי יצא לאקרנים ברבעון הרביעי של שנת 2020.[8] ב-6 באוגוסט 2020, בפאנל הווירטואלי של TCA, הכריזה המפיקה בפועל של הסדרה, גיליאן פלין כי תהיה פחות אלימות מסדרת המקור הבריטית.[9] הסדרה עלתה לשידור ב-25 בספטמבר 2020.[1]
