iPhone OS 1 היא הגרסה הבסיסית הראשונה של מערכת ההפעלה הסלולרית iOS מבית אפל. iPhone OS 1.1.5 היא הגרסה העדכנית והאחרונה של מערכת ההפעלה iPhone OS 1. גרסה זו של מערכת ההפעלה עבור מכשירים ניידים היוותה את ההתחלה של מערכת הפעלה ניידת תומכת במגע. להפצה ראשונית זו לא ניתן שם רשמי; אפל הצהירה בפשטות כי ה-אייפון הראשון מופעל על ידי מערכת ההפעלה הזהה עבור סדרת המחשבים האישיים והניידים שלה - macOS, בעוד שהייתה ידועה באותה תקופה בשם Mac OS X.[1] ב-6 במרץ 2008, עם הפצת חבילת הפיתוח עבור המערכת ב-iPhone‏ (בשמה המקוצר: iPhone SDK), אפל קראה למערכת ההפעלה עבור מכשירי ה-iPhone בשם iPhone OS[2] (אשר שונה מאוחר יותר ב-7 ביוני 2010 ל-"iOS" הידועה כיום[3]). ב-11 ביולי 2008, הופצה הגרסה החדשה יותר בשם iPhone OS 2.

עדכון ה-iPhone OS 1.1.3 עבור מכשירי אייפוד טאץ' מחייב תשלום של 19.95 דולרים.[4]

iPhone OS 1 לא כללה את חנות האפליקציות של אפל ולכן בגרסה זו לא הייתה תמיכה ביישומי צד-שלישי. כמו כן, המערכת לא כללה אף את חנות ה-iTunes להורדת תכַני מדיה דיגיטליים היישר מתוך מכשיר ה-iPhone.
