Bill Withers' Greatest Hits (בעברית: הלהיטים הגדולים של ביל וית'רס) הוא אלבום האוסף הראשון שהוציא הזמר-יוצר האמריקאי ביל וית'רס, וביסס את מעמדו כיוצר להיטים. האלבום זכה להצלחה מרובה, והכיל מקבץ מלהיטיו הגדולים ביותר של וית'רס.
