100 האמנים הגדולים בכל הזמנים היא רשימה שערך מגזין "רולינג סטון" בשני חלקים ב־2004 ו־2005, ועודכנה מאוחר יותר ב־2011.[1] הרשימה מתרכזת בתקופת הרוק אנד רול ומבוססת על דעותיהם של מוזיקאים, כותבים ואנשי התעשייה.[1] הרשימה כוללת בעיקר מוזיקאים בריטים ואמריקאים.

לכל אמן ברשימה מצורף קטע כתוב, עם קרדיט לכותב שלו, המתאר את גדולתו או איכותו של אותו אמן. חלק מאלו נכתבו על ידי מוזיקאים, שלעיתים קרובות מספרים על שיתופי הפעולה והמפגשים שלהם (אלטון ג'ון על סטיבי וונדר ועל אמינם, ג'סטין טימברלייק על אל גרין ועוד). מאז פרסומה, הרשימה מצוטטת לעיתים קרובות.[2][3]

הרשימה, שפורסמה בשני חלקים ב־2004 ו־2005 ועודכנה ב־2011, מבוססת על בחירותיהם של 55 מוזיקאים, כותבים ואנשי התעשייה.[1] העורכים מסבירים כי האמנים נבחרו על ידי עמיתיהם ושהרשימה שואפת להיות "סקירה רחבה של היסטוריית הרוק", שכוללת רוק אנד רול, בלוז, מוזיקת אינדי, ראפ ופופ עכשווי. הרשימה כוללת ייצוג למוזיקת שנות ה־60 (כדוגמת הביטלס ובוב דילן), אמנים עכשוויים (כדוגמת אמינם), חלוצי רוק (כדוגמת צ'אק ברי) ואנשי הבלוז ש"גרמו לכל זה לקרות" (האולין וולף).[1]

הרולינג סטון פרסמו רשימה מחודשת ב-2011, שבה אין שינויים עד המקום ה-26. הרשימה המחודשת כוללת אמנים שלא היו בקודמת (ביניהם קווין, מטאליקה, פינק פלויד, אר.אי.אם. וג'יי זי) על חשבון מספר אמנים שהיו בקודמת.
