תומר קשטן (נולד ב-25 בדצמבר 1971) הוא מאמן כדורגל ישראלי וכיום מאמן הפועל עירוני עפולה.

ביוגרפיה

קשטן נולד בכפר סבא והוא בנו של מאמן הכדורגל דרור קשטן. שיחק במחלקת הנוער של הפועל כפר סבא, אך במדי קבוצת הנוער שבר את רגלו וחזר לשחק בצורה חובבנית רק לאחר שירותו הצבאי, בקבוצת הפועל עלייה כפר סבא, ובגיל 22 כבר החל לאמן קבוצות ילדים בהפועל כפר סבא[1]. בשנת 2006 מונה למאמן קבוצת הנוער של המועדון, ולאחר מכן אימן גם את קבוצת הנוער של הפועל תל אביב, עמה זכה בגביע המדינה בשנת 2009.

בתחילת עונת 2009/2010 מונה קשטן למאמן הקבוצה הבוגרת של הפועל כפר סבא, והוביל את הקבוצה להשתתפות בפלייאוף העליון של הליגה הלאומית. את העונה סיימה הקבוצה במקום השלישי, ובמשחקי המבחן על העלייה לליגת העל הפסידה להפועל רמת גן. בעונה שלאחר מכן סיימה הקבוצה את העונה הסדירה במקום הראשון, אך לאחר הפלייאוף דורגה במקום השלישי וקשטן פוטר מתפקידו.

בהמשך דרכו אימן קשטן את הפועל הרצליה, הפועל רעננה ומכבי הרצליה, ובשנת 2014 מונה למאמן קבוצת הנוער של מכבי נתניה. בתחילת עונת 2015/2016 שימש כעוזר המאמן מוטי איוניר בעירוני קריית שמונה, ולאחר שאיוניר פוטר היה עוזרו של המאמן בני בן זקן. בנובמבר 2016 מונה קשטן למאמן הראשי של הקבוצה. במשחק הבכורה שלו ניצחה קבוצתו את מכבי תל אביב 1–0 ברבע גמר גביע הטוטו[2], ובתום העונה סיים את תפקידו. ב-26 בפברואר 2018 מונה למאמן הפועל פתח תקווה מהליגה הלאומית עד תום העונה.

ב-30 בדצמבר 2018 מונה קשטן בשנית למאמן עירוני קריית שמונה, לאחר פיטוריו של חיים סילבס[3]. מחזור אחד לפני תום העונה פוטר קשטן מתפקידו, לאחר שבראיון שהעניק ל"ידיעות אחרונות" מתח ביקורת על בעלי הקבוצה איזי שרצקי[4].

ב-13 באוקטובר 2019 מונה קשטן למאמן מועדון ספורט כפר קאסם מהליגה הלאומית[5]. ב-14 בנובמבר 2020 פוטר מתפקידו לאחר רצף משחקים שלילי.

ב-30 בדצמבר 2020 מונה קשטן למאמן מכבי אחי נצרת[6] ב-25 בפברואר 2022 פוטר מתפקידו לאחר רצף משחקים שלילי[7]. ב-13 במרץ מונה למאמנה של הפועל עכו[8]. ב-23 במאי סיים את תפקידו[9].

ב-2 באוקטובר 2022 מונה בפעם השנייה למאמנה של מ.ס. כפר קאסם[10].ב-28 באפריל 2023 פוטר מתפקידו.

ב-9 בדצמבר 2023 מונה למאמנה של הפועל אום אל פאחם.

בקיץ 2024 מונה למאמנה של מכבי הרצליה[11]. ב-28 באוקטובר התפטר מתפקידו[12]. ב-30 באוקטובר 2024 מונה למאמן הפועל עירוני עפולה.
