מיכל אנסקי (נולדה ב-11 באוקטובר 1980) היא גסטרונומית, עיתונאית אוכל ומנחת טלוויזיה ישראלית.

ביוגרפיה

אנסקי נולדה בשם גבריאל אנסקי, אך לאחר זמן קצר הוא שונה למיכל[1]. היא גדלה והתחנכה בירושלים. אביה הוא השחקן ושדרן הרדיו אלכס אנסקי, ואמה היא העיתונאית והבשלנית שרי אנסקי, בתו של פרופסור חיים גבריהו.

אנסקי למדה בתיכון הגימנסיה העברית רחביה. ב-1997 בגיל 17 החלה לכתוב מדור על אוכל בעיתון "העיר". את שירותה בצה"ל עשתה ביחידת ההסרטה של חיל האוויר, וסיימה כקצינה בדרגת סרן, אחרי שלוש שנים בקבע[2]. עד גיל 27 המשיכה לשרת במילואים כקצינת ניהול ביחידת ההסברה.

לאחר שירותה הצבאי, כתבה מדור בשם "חתיכה חסרה" במדור התרבות של אתר "וואלה".

בשנת 2005 השתתפה בתוכנית "בנות" בהוט. ב-2007 כתבה והגישה פינת היסטוריה ואוכל בתוכנית התרבות "זמן איכות" בערוץ 1. באותה שנה הצטלמה לקליפ "עליך ועליי" של הזמרת "שרית חדד".

ב-2007 הקימה ביחד עם שיר הלפרן את שוק האיכרים במתחם נמל תל אביב ואותו היא מנהלת עד היום, ובמקביל פתחה את "שוק הנמל"[3][4][5]. בשנת 2011 שוק האיכרים היה קיים בשישה מקומות בישראל (בערים תל אביב, באר שבע, רעננה, הרצליה, ראשון לציון ונתניה).

ב-2008 שימשה ככתבת אוכל ותיירות בעיתון "מעריב". בשנת 2009 הייתה כתבת חוץ בתוכנית "מועדון ארוחת הערב", ששודרה בערוץ 2, לצידם של חיים כהן ומארינה מקסימיליאן בלומין.

ב-2010 הנחתה את התוכניות "מבשלים מהספרים" ו"מלכת השוק" בערוץ האוכל.

החל מסוף 2010 היא משמשת כשופטת בתוכנית הטלוויזיה "מאסטר שף", ששודרה בערוץ 2, ומנובמבר 2017 משודרת בקשת 12. עקב הפופולריות של התוכנית, הוזמנה אנסקי בשנת 2011 להשתתף כשופטת-אורחת בתוכנית "מאסטר שף אמריקה" לצד השף גורדון רמזי[6]. במרץ 2023 נודע שאנסקי לא תשוב לשמש כשופטת בתוכנית.

באפריל 2012 החל שידורה של התוכנית "מאסטר שף ילדים" בהנחייתם של אנסקי, כשלצידה שופטים שוב כהן, שני ורושפלד.

ממאי 2012 מגישה עם אפרת אנזל את התוכנית "אנסקי ואנזל" בתחנת הרדיו 103FM.

ב-2013 ראה אור בהוצאת כתר ספרה הראשון "אוכל מהבית".

ביוני 2015 פתחה את מסעדת "אחד העם 1" בנוה צדק. המסעדה ספגה כמה ביקורות קשות ובאוקטובר נסגרה, בעיקר עקב הסתבכות כלכלית של משקיעיה - קבוצת רוביקון של אמיר ברמלי. בנובמבר 2015 סיפרה שהפסידה יותר ממיליון שקלים בהשקעות שביצעה אצל אמיר ברמלי[7]. מספר מיזמים מתוכננים, כגון "שוק אוכל" בניו יורק התבטלו, ולגבי אחרים הגיעה להסדר עם אמיר ברמלי ונושיו באישור בית המשפט[8][9]. ביוני 2017 נקבע בהסדר פשרה שאנסקי תחזיר 400,000 שקלים, שקיבלה שלא כדין מספר ימים לפני הפירוק, לקופת הפירוק ושדרישת החוב של אנסקי כלפי רוביקון תעמוד על 2.4 מיליון שקלים[10].

בינואר 2016 פתחה באזור תעשייה עבר הירקון שוק אוכל מקורה בשם "שוק צפון".

במרץ 2017 החלה להגיש את תוכנית הבוקר של "קשת", לצידו של יואב לימור עד פרישתה בחודש ספטמבר אותה שנה.

מיכל היא הפרזנטורית של רשת התכשיטים JB לשנת 2018[11], ושל מטבחי דא קוצ'ינה.

בדצמבר 2018 מונתה לחברת דירקטוריון בחברת Gpage. במסגרת מינויה אנסקי מחזיקה בתיק הקשרים הבינלאומיים ופועלת לקידום אפליקציית Spetz (ספץ) במדינות נוספות בעולם.

במאי 2021, השתתפה בתוכנית הדוקו-ריאליטי "מחוברים" של HOT.

בשנת 2022, השתתפה בפרסום סמוי שקידם מסרים התומכים בטהרת המשפחה וטבילה במקווה.[12][13]

חיים אישיים

אנסקי הייתה נשואה לאדריכל רועי חמד ולהם בת אחת.

באוקטובר 2019 נישאה בשנית לאיש העסקים אייל אמיר[14], ולזוג נולדו שתי בנות.

לאנסקי תואר ראשון בהיסטוריה כללית משולב (ובספרות כללית עם התמחות בשירה עברית ופולקלור)[2] עם התוכנית ללימודים כלליים באוניברסיטת תל אביב ותואר שני במדעי הגסטרונומיה מהאוניברסיטה למדעי הגסטרונומיה בצפון איטליה. מלבד זה, למדה היסטוריה וספרות במשך שנה באוניברסיטה הבין-לאומית בוונציה.

באפריל 2019, במהלך טיסה לישראל, לקתה אנסקי בשיתוק על שם בל, ומחצית פניה היו משותקות. לאחר מכן סבלה אנסקי מאי סימטריות בפניה לאחר השיתוק.[15][16]
