מחנה 020 (באנגלית: Camp 020) היה מרכז חקירה בריטי לסוכנים גרמנים שנתפסו במהלך מלחמת העולם השנייה. המחנה שכן בבית לאצ'מיר בדרום־מערב לונדון[1] ונוהל על ידי לוטננט קולונל רובין "עין הפח" סטפנס (Robin "Tin Eye" Stephens).[1][2] נטען שמרכזי חקירה אחרים שפעלו בזמן המלחמה השתמשו בעינויים כדי להוציא הודאות, סטפנס הכחיש את הטענות שנעשה שימוש בעינויים במחנה 020.[2] הנחיותיו לחוקרים הורו: "לעולם אל תכה אדם. מלכתחילה זה מעשה של פחדנות. שנית, זה לא אינטליגנטי. אסיר ישקר כדי להימנע מעונש נוסף וכל מה שהוא אומר לאחר מכן יתבסס על הנחת יסוד כוזבת".[3]

ידוע שסטפנס העניש את מי שלא צייתו לפקודה זו, ובאחד המקרים אף הוציא חוקר בכיר במשרד המלחמה מהמחנה.[1] לאחר המלחמה ניהל סטפנס את מרכז החקירות באד ננדורף, בגרמניה אך נשפט על התעללות באסירים, שחלקם מתו. הוא נשפט בבית דין צבאי בריטי בגרמניה ולא נמצא אשם, אך מעורבים אחרים בפרשה הורשעו.[4]

העיתונאי הבריטי איאן קוביין טען בספרו "בריטניה האכזרית" (Cruel Britannia), שהתפרסם ב-2012, כי על פי מסמכים מן הארכיון הלאומי אכן הופעלו במחנה 020 עינויים כדי להשיג מידע. על פי קוביין, במחנה היו 30 חדרים בהן נכלאו אסירים, שבהם היו מיקרופונים, להאזנת סתר לכלואים. קוביין מציין עוד כי במחנה נעשו הוצאות להורג מדומות, וכי כמה מן העצורים עברו התעללות ברוטלית בידי הסוהרים. בתקופת פעולתו של המחנה הוחזקו בו חברים באיגוד הפשיסטים הבריטי.

בנוסף למחנה 020 היה קיים גם מחנה עתודה, שנקרא מחנה 020R. מחנה זה היה ממוקדם בהאנטרקומב, באוקספורדשייר. מחנה זה נועד בעיקר למעצר לתקופה ארוכה.
