מזכיר המסחר של ארצות הברית (באנגלית: United States Secretary of Commerce) הוא ראש מחלקת המסחר וחבר הקבינט של ארצות הברית.

מחלקת המסחר אמונה על העסקים והתעשייה בארצות הברית ומטרתה המוצהרת היא "קידום ופיתוח סחר הפנים והחוץ". עד 1913 הייתה המחלקה מאוחדת עם מחלקת העבודה של ארצות הברית.

תחת המזכיר פועלות מחלקות משנה לענייני סחר בינלאומי, עניינים כלכליים, טכנולוגיה, ייצוא, ורשות המחקר לענייני אוקיינוסים ואטמוספירה.

מזכיר המסחר הוא נושא המשרה העשירי בסדר ההחלפה של נשיא ארצות הברית במקרה שכהונת הנשיא נקטעת.

מזכירת המסחר הנוכחית היא ג'ינה ריימונדו, המכהנת מאז 3 במרץ 2021.
