ההשבעה הראשונה של חסן רוחאני לנשיאות איראן

ההשבעה הראשונה של חסן רוחאני (בפרסית: مراسم تحلیف حسن روحانی) הייתה השבעתו לתפקיד של המנצח בבחירות לנשיאות איראן שנערכו ב-2013, מועמד מפלגת המתינות והפיתוח, חסן רוחאני. ההשבעה בוצעה בשתי פעימות: האירוע הראשון היה ב-3 באוגוסט 2013 כאשר קיבל מהמנהיג העליון של איראן, עלי ח'אמנאי את צו המינוי שלו; לאחר מכן הוא נכנס למתחם סעדאבאד (אנ'), המעון הרשמי של נשיא איראן. יום לאחר מכן, ב-4 באוגוסט, הושבע רוחאני לתפקידו כנשיא איראן במשרד הפרלמנט האיראני[1]. האירוע סימן את תחילת כהונתו של חסן רוחאני כנשיא. התלוותה לכך ציפייה רבה לאור העובדה שמאז המהפכה האיראנית הוזמנו מנהיגים זרים לטקס זו הפעם הראשונה.

היסטוריה

טקס ההשבעה החל ב-3 באוגוסט 2013, בשעה 16:00 והסתיים בשעה 19:00. אורחים זרים התכנסו בשני מקומות, ראשי מדינות התכנסו במתחם סעדאבאד, אורחים אחרים התכנסו במלון הילטון טהראן (אנ'). רוחאני נסע למעונו של המנהיג העליון של איראן, עלי ח'אמנאי כדאי לקבל ממנו את צו המינוי הנשיאותי שנלקח מהנשיא היוצא, מחמוד אחמדינז'אד. למחרת, ב-4 באוגוסט התקיימה השבעתו הרשמית לתפקיד הנשיא, יו"ר הרשות השופטת באיראן סאדק לאריג'אני השביע את רוחאני לתפקידו, לא לפני שיו"ר המג'לס, עלי לאריג'אני, קיבל את הממשלה והאורחים ונשא נאום בן 30 דקות.

נשיא סודאן, עומר אל-בשיר, אישר את השתתפותו בטקס[4] אך לאחר שהסעודים מנעו ממטוסו לטוס מעל המרחב האווירי שלהם בדרכו לטהראן, הוא החליט לוותר על הטיסה[5].
