דן זיסקינד (נולד ב-7 בפברואר 1944[1]) הוא מנהל ודירקטור ישראלי, מבכירי חברת טבע תעשיות פרמצבטיות.

ביוגרפיה

זיסקינד למד כלכלה ומדע המדינה באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים. קיבל תואר במנהל עסקים מהשלוחה בתל אביב בשנת 1968[2]. בשנת 1968 עתר לבג"ץ נגד ההגבלה על רווקים שעומדים להנשא להשתתף בהגרלת מגרשים בגבעת המבתר[3]. לאחר תום לימודיו עבד במשך כשנה במשרד התחבורה ככלכלן, באגף שעסק בתחבורה ציבורית[4].

לאחר תקופת לימודים בארצות הברית חזר לישראל לתפקיד ב"אינטרנשיונל קונסלטנטס" (חברת בת של בנק לאומי). בתפקיד זה ייעץ ב-1976 לעסקת המיזוג בין החברות "אסיא", "צורי" ו"טבע", מיזוג שיצר את החברה המאוחדת - "טבע תעשיות פרמצבטיות". בעקבות זאת, התבקש על ידי אלי הורביץ להצטרף לטבע. כעבור שנה מונה למנהל הפיננסי של החברה, ושימש בתפקיד במשך 31 שנים, עד 2008 ותחת שלושה מנכ"לים: אלי הורביץ, ישראל מקוב ושלמה ינאי. החליף אותו איל דשא, שכיהן בעבר כמשנה שלו. זיסקינד הצטרף לטבע כששווי השוק שלה היה 37 מיליון דולר וכשפרש הוא הגיע ל-37 מיליארד דולר.[5]

כיהן כדירקטור במספר חברות, ובהן: טבע (בשנים 1981-2001 ושוב מ-2010), חברת הביטוח מגדל, נס טכנולוגיות, החברה לישראל ועוד. זיסקינד היה ממייסדי פורום מנהלי כספים ראשיים CFO וחבר ועדת ההיגוי שלו, ובשנת 2000 קיבל אות הוקרה מיוחד של הפורום על תרומתו להצלחתה של טבע והיותו דוגמה לתפקודו של CFO בחברה[6].

ביוני 2008 הוערך הונו של זיסקינד על ידי העיתון TheMarker בסכום שבין 70 ל-100 מיליון דולר.[7]

הוא בעל תואר ראשון בכלכלה ומדע המדינה מהאוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים ותואר שני במנהל עסקים מאוניברסיטת מסצ'וסטס.

נשוי לציפי ואב לשניים.

בספטמבר 2017 חזר זיסקינד לדירקטוריון טבע.[8]
